Terms and Conditions for the "Help a Neighbor" Program

MercyWerks Studios is committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of individuals and families within our community through the "Help a Neighbor" program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Overview

• The "Help a Neighbor" program allocates a percentage of every purchase made at MercyWerks Studios toward a fund designated to assist individuals and families in need.

• Once the fund reaches $100 at a time, the amount will be distributed to a selected individual or family in the form of financial assistance or support.

• Recipients are chosen based on community recommendations, as detailed below.

2. Eligibility to Recommend a Recipient

• Any individual may submit a recommendation for a potential recipient.

• Recommendations must include the recipient's name, contact information, and a brief explanation of why they should be considered for the reward.

• The nominee must be experiencing financial hardship related to groceries, gas, or other general cost-of-living expenses.

3. Selection Process

• Recipients will be selected based on the validity and relevance of their need as described in the submitted recommendation.

• MercyWerks Studios reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the recommendations and the eligibility of the nominees.

• All final decisions regarding the selection of recipients are at the sole discretion of MercyWerks Studios and cannot be appealed.

4. Distribution of Rewards

• Rewards are distributed in increments of $100 to ensure impactful assistance.

• MercyWerks Studios will coordinate directly with the selected recipient to determine the most appropriate method of providing the reward (e.g., grocery gift cards, gas cards, direct financial assistance).

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

• MercyWerks Studios values the privacy of all participants.

• Personal information of both nominators and recipients will be kept confidential and will only be used for purposes directly related to the program.

• By submitting a recommendation, nominators consent to their submission being reviewed for program purposes.

6. Limitations and Disclaimers

• The "Help a Neighbor" program is subject to the availability of funds. MercyWerks Studios is not liable for delays or interruptions in the program.

• MercyWerks Studios does not guarantee ongoing support to any recipient beyond the one-time reward.

• MercyWerks Studios reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time without prior notice.

7. Transparency and Accountability

• MercyWerks Studios will provide periodic updates on the total funds raised and the number of recipients helped through the program.

• To maintain transparency, we will share general information about the impact of the program without disclosing personal details of recipients unless explicit consent is given.
