Story: 
 
I literlly painted this painting while in the pit of an overwhemling soul crushing mental and emotional pain. I was fighting for life. I painted this while screaming, while worshiping, while experiencing extreme hatred. For a portion of this I painted while in the middle of a fight trying to escape from my husband who showed up in my space while I was painting. I felt like I was going mad. 
 
The image shown here is a woman, who is dancing in the midst of her soul crushing pain. Even though her body felt heavy and had no reason or desire to dance, she danced and praised God.
